Sustainable Business Leaders Forum Annual Report 2025

The logic of corporate competition is being fundamentally reshaped. This is being driven by a perfect storm of ecological constraints, tightening regulations, and shifting consumer values. Sustainability has evolved from a compliance box-tick into a core engine for long-term growth. It now drives product innovation, strengthens brand equity, enables new business models, and enhances organizational resilience— earning companies trust from investors, consumers, and society as responsible global citizens.

To help leaders build sustainable leadership, the SBLF and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) jointly released the Sustainable Business Leaders Forum Annual Report 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya in December, 2025. The report innovatively constructs the "Sustainable Leadership Model - BRIGHT", and defines "Sustainable Business Leaders".
